Third Window White is named for one of our earliest inspirations for making beer of this place. It’s brewed with ingredients from here, including estate-grown wheat from the FP Ranch and citrus from trees that dot the landscape. The wheat lends a soft, smooth mouthfeel, while fresh local orange zest and coriander complement the fruity esters of a classic Belgian Wit yeast. This beer was awarded a Bronze Medal at the 2022 Great American Beer Festival.
