Ranch-Raised Wagyu Smashed Cheeseburger
Our smashed cheeseburgers are made with 100% FP Ranch Wagyu, raised by our family on the ranch we’ve called home for four generations. What began during the early days of the pandemic has grown into the cornerstone of our beer garden menu.
Farm-Grown, Ranch Oak-Fired Sourdough Pizza
Sourdough at Third Window brings the farm full circle. From foraging Los Olivos coastal oak to fire our ovens, to fermenting Michellene’s sourdough starter with flour milled from the wheat we grow ourselves, every step is rooted in place. The result is naturally leavened dough that becomes the pizza and pretzels we share each weekend, and bread baked the following morning in the oven’s lingering heat.
Ranch Oak-Smoked Barbecue
Our barbecue program evolved naturally alongside our smash burger program. As we expanded our Wagyu herd to supply enough burgers, we asked ourselves: what about the rest of the beef? The answer was simple—cook it the way this region does best. We smoke Santa Maria–style barbecue over oak we cut ourselves, using ingredients we grow and harvest by hand.
