BEER SHIPPING
Shipping Availability
Beer orders can currently be shipped within California only.
Carrier
Our authorized carrier for beer shipments is GLS.
Age Verification & Delivery Requirements
You must be 21 years of age or older to place an order for beer and to receive a shipment containing alcohol. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for signature upon delivery.
If no one 21+ is available at the time of delivery, GLS will attempt delivery again the next business day. After a second unsuccessful attempt, GLS will leave a door tag with instructions for rescheduling delivery or arranging package pickup.
Third Window Brewing Co. LLC is not responsible for delayed or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Shipping Schedule
We ship beer twice per week: Mondays & Thursdays.

Orders placed Thursday-Sunday ship on Monday

Orders placed Monday-Wednesday ship on Thursday.
GLS is a next-day delivery provider. Most orders arrive within 24 hours of leaving our brewery.
MERCHANDISE SHIPPING
Shipping Availability
Merchandise orders can be shipped nationwide.
Carrier
Our authorized carrier for merchandise shipments is United States Postal Service (USPS).
Third Window Brewing Co. LLC is not responsible for delayed or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Shipping Rates

$10 flat rate for all merchandise orders
Processing & Delivery Timing
Most merchandise orders are processed within 2 business days.
Once shipped, USPS Ground delivery typically takes an additional 2-5 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
MIXED ORDERS (BEER & MERCHANDISE)
Orders containing both beer and merchandise shipping within California will be charged at the applicable beer shipping rate.
Please note: Beer and merchandise may ship separately and may arrive on different dates.
ORDER PICKUP
Orders may be picked up in person at either our Santa Barbara or Carpinteria taproom. Orders will be held for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for beer pickup.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Beer:
We do not offer any returns or exchanges on beer.
If an item was damaged or broken in transit, please reply to your order confirmation email with a description of the issue and a photo of the damaged / incorrect item and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Merchandise:
We accept returns and exchanges for unused, unworn, non-sale merchandise items within 30 days of order receipt.
To be eligible for return, items must be non-alcohol, non-sale items, and must be unused and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If exchanging for another item, we will ship the replacement item free of charge.
Taproom exchanges may be made based on inventory availability. Please contact us at info@thirdwindowbrewing.com to confirm availability and make exchange arrangements.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
