Third Window Saison

Third Window Saison is an expression of our local terroir, brewed with Pilsner malt and unmalted wheat grown and farmed by us at the Fess Parker Ranch in Los Olivos. It draws from the farmhouse traditions of southern Belgium, where saisons were born in rural wine regions and brewed with the grains at hand, often fermented with the same mixed yeast cultures used for wine and shaped by the rhythm of the seasons.
Light in body and golden straw in color, this bottle-conditioned batch offers notes of chamomile, Meyer lemon, and pepper with a classically crisp, refreshing finish. True to the tradition, Third Window Saison is shaped by the land that made it.
