Keeping this beer under 4% ABV is a real brewing feat—low-alcohol beers can easily become thin and watery, but this one stays full of flavor thanks to a balanced mix of lower pH, higher carbonation, and increased minerality. Motueka hops from New Zealand bring soft tropical and green-citrus notes that meld with the Saison yeast into hints of lemongrass and lychee, while a light Hallertau Mittelfrüh dry hop keeps this beer true to its European roots.
Petite Saison is an homage to the classic Table Saison: refreshing, low in alcohol, and big in character. That balance of drinkability and depth earned a Bronze medal at the 2026 World Beer Cup.
