Eligibility

Cultivation Society membership is open to individuals 21 years of age or older. A valid government-issued photo ID is required. Membership is void where prohibited by law.

Enrollment & Membership Term

Cultivation Society membership has limited availability and is offered during a defined enrollment period. Membership is valid for the 2026 calendar year.

Bottle Releases

The 2026 Cultivation Society membership includes:

• Two (2) 750 ml bottles of multi-year blends of wild beer created in the Méthode Traditionnelle III manner

• Sixteen (16) 500 ml bottles of barrel-aged beer, including wild ales, Méthode Traditionnelle I beer, and spirit barrel-aged releases

Bottle releases occur throughout the year during designated pickup or shipping windows.

Pick Up Membership

Bottles must be picked up at the selected Santa Barbara or Carpinteria taproom. Pickups must take place during the designated release/pickup window. Unclaimed bottles will be held for up to one year following the membership year. Any bottles not picked up by that time will be forfeited without refund. 

For example, bottles associated with a 2026 membership must be picked up no later than December 31, 2027.

Shipping Membership (California Only)

Shipping is available within California only. Shipping is included in the membership price. Third Window Brewing Co. LLC is not responsible for delayed or failed delivery due to incorrect address information.

Payment Options & Billing

Members may choose between:

• Annual prepayment, or

• Five-payment installment plan

For the five-payment installment plan, the first payment is due at signup. Subsequent quarterly charges will be billed automatically. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or cancellation of membership benefits without refund.

For both annual prepayment and the five-payment installment plan, membership automatically renews on an annual basis unless canceled prior to the renewal date. The applicable renewal fee will be charged automatically to the payment method on file. A renewal reminder will be sent in advance of the annual renewal date. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

Event access is subject to availability and capacity limits.

Restrictions

• Discounts have no cash value, may not be combined with other offers, and exclude tax and gratuity.

Refunds

All memberships are non-refundable, including gift memberships. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed pickups, unclaimed beer, or unused benefits.

Availability & Substitutions

Third Window Brewing reserves the right to substitute beers of equal or greater value or adjust allocations as necessary due to production constraints.
