The Next

We’re always refining our hazy IPA, and each batch of The Next marks another step in our ongoing exploration of hop extraction and expression. This iteration features a new hop, Pink, from Jackson Farms in Idaho—named for the color-coded flags used to mark the trial plantings. It’s layered with Superdelic from New Zealand and Strata from the Pacific Northwest, building a bright, expressive profile of lychee, yuzu, and orange sherbet. Ultra-smooth on the palate with a soft, medium-bodied mouthfeel, it drinks deceptively easy for its strength.
