Named for the Aztec god of corn, this batch of Centeōtl continues our use of malted Hopi Blue Corn from Root Shoot Malting in Loveland, CO, as we work toward growing and brewing with corn from our own fields.
One of our lightest beers in both color and flavor, this Mexican-style lager offers a clean canvas for the delicate character of blue corn to shine. Weeks of conditioning in our lagering tanks bring a crispness and clarity that only time can create.
