Santa Barbara County witbier is brewed with winter barley grown and harvested at the Fess Parker Ranch in Los Olivos and with local orange peel and a touch of coriander. A cereal mash and unmalted wheat create a soft mouthfeel with a refreshing citrus finish that won a Bronze medal at the 2022 Great American Beer Festival.
