Cherry Brandy Barrel-Aged Walkabout

Walkabout is brewed in celebration of the citrus trees that dot our landscape, and in collaboration with the community who shared oranges from their own backyards. Fresh orange juice and zest brighten a rich base built on Dominican cacao nibs that arrive warm to the brewhouse, freshly roasted by our friend Mike at Twenty-Four Blackbirds just down the street, alongside whole vanilla beans from Madagascar.

After two years in cherry brandy casks, Cherry Brandy Walkabout emerges with a pronounced spirit character reminiscent of a Manhattan. The oak barrels lend new layers of depth, balancing brightness with richness and warmth. Bright notes of luxardo cherry and blood orange unfold over layers of dark chocolate, oak, and vanilla.
