Named for the Aztec god of corn, Centeōtl nods to both ancient agriculture and the early days of lager brewing in Mexico, when German immigrants adapted traditional methods to local ingredients. Corn—central to Mesoamerican culture—became a defining expression of place.

Brewed with respect for classic process and local terroir, Centeōtl is a classic Mexican-style lager shaped by land, history, and harvest. It pours pale gold with a clean body and crisp, refreshing finish—right at home on the Southern California coast, just north of where this style was born.
