Wagyu Smashed Cheeseburger

Monday–sunday
12:00 pm–8:00 pm

Our kitchen team smashes Wagyu cheeseburgers on a custom inch-thick steel plancha. The smashed cheeseburger is the cornerstone of our beer garden food program.

ranch oak-fired sourdough pizza

Friday–Monday
4:00pm–8:00pm

On Mondays our kitchen team forages Los Olivos coastal oak in order to heat our wood-fired oven. Michellene creates hand-mixed sourdough pizza dough from patwin white wheat grown on the ranch and milled daily. We bake sourdough bread in the oven the following morning with the remnant heat from the previous day’s pizza-making.

Join us for a special barbecue every Sunday from 11:00 am until sold out. Our Wagyu beef barbecue is slowly smoked over Fess Parker Ranch white oak in our offset smoker for fourteen to sixteen hours.
