Once secondary fermentation was underway, we gathered white and black sage from Santa Barbara Botanic Garden, brewed them into a concentrated tea, and added it to the blend. The beer was then bottle conditioned with Cuyamaca Valley wildflower honey.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eSage tea with honey evokes the changing landscape of autumn in our region. White sage lends a cooling herbal character, while black sage contributes savory pine aromatics.
