Tart wheat ale co-fermented with raspberries and blackberries.
Like the first batch, the berries used in L’Eveaire were foot stomped by precious, tiny children. The fruit was then cold soaked to extract flavor and color. However, the 2017 batch of L’Eveaire is quite different from the last. We sourced fresh raspberries and blackberries from Catlin Ranch in Carpinteria, CA. The resulting beer is delicate, refreshing, and has a clean, wheat finish. An excellent summer porch pounder.
