DESCRIPTION

A twist on a classic Belgian Witbier, Merci Pierre is made with hand zested and peeled yuzu, orange and sudachi from Mud Creek Farms.  This is our humble thank you letter to Pierre Celis for reviving a forgotten style.

NOTES

Aromas of chamomile, coriander and jasmine with flavors of honey, vanilla and orange.
