Released annually for the Feast Day of St. Barbara. This year’s version is our Belgian Quad aged in port wine barrels and blended with grape must from Potek winery and The Bruery’s spice mix.
Aromas of dark cherry, oak, and fig with flavors of raisin, cinnamon and dark berries.
