Batch 002 w/ brett aged in Vermentino barrels
Our first release from the barn barrel project features the second beer we ever made: the Batch 002 Lager which we’ve aged with Brettanomyces for 687 days in freshly emptied Vermentino barrels.
Aromas of white wine, peach and lemon with flavors of apricot, lemon zest, and feijoa.
